Go into more detail about this change and who it helps the most.
I just rebuilt this site in Notion (from Squarespace) so we can share info a lot more easily. This marks the transition to live development. You don't need to save, hit "publish" or anything else. Just edit everything in public and get feedback while you're doing it.
Reminds me of the old naked development of Natural Selection 1 where we were sharing our textures, design docs and tools waaay before we had anything playable.
This feels like a sea-change for development. The biggest issue is getting your team and other stakeholders on-board. This gives indie teams a huge advantage over the institutional folks, whom would never dare do this.
